My duties & experiences:

Interaction with Client and Hotel operator (HYATT Int.) during Warranty period: management of reclamation records, technical consulting, management (technical and finance) of design, maintenance and civil works in frames of warranty obligations (façade installation and repairing, electrical and equipment installation works, insulation and finishing works), selection and management of subcontractors.
Coordination of design and adjustment works during the commissioning:
• Fire suppress and fire alarm systems;
• Gas supply system;
• Low voltage electrical supply system;
• High quality Audio&Video systems
• Building management system

Bouyguesstroy is the Russian branch of "BOUYGUES BATIMENT INTERNATIONAL" company.
Nowadays we have some huge projects in Yekaterinburg - the heart of Ural's region.

I'm working for HYATT Regency Project, which was finished in December 2008 as Quality, Safety & Environment Manager - chief of QSE department. I have 6 direct subordinates: Safety Officer, Quality Laboratory / As-Built documentation team (4), Medical Assistant and up to 15 functional (site quality supervisors).

My duties: implementation and support of QSE procedures based on the requirements of ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001.
Quality system support on site: contractors quality audit at the commercial stage, method statements revision and approval, Quality Management Plan creation and modification, coordination of quality operational control (Inspection and test plans), quality-supervision team management, implementation and management of concrete-testing Lab on site, as-built documentation team management, quality audit, quality data analysis and reporting. Interaction with the Client’s technical supervision department and Russian state supervision authorities and boards.

Safety system support: Safety plan creation and modification, security management, inspections, safety meetings and trainings, TBM management, JSA/RA, safety statistics – indicators, analysis, reports, contractors safety management (up to 55 subcontractors at the peak), PPE check, alcoholic tests, induction procedure creation and support.

The company is one of the leaders in architectural & construction design in the Region.

The Structural safety department was established in 1987. It is the the group of experienced civil & design engineers. The goal of the department is to check the real technical state of bearing constructions of industrial & civil buildings before the reconstruction, increasing the loads, or in case of failures or damages. All modern methods of constructive analysis, non-destructive test of the materials are using during expertize. Effective decisions for reinforcement or reconstruction proposed.

My duties & experiences:
Structural investigation of reinforced concrete, steel, brick and wood structures. Searching of structural failures, damages and defects. Verification of technical state of structures.

Development of recommendations for rehabilitation and reinforcing of structures, for making the normal operating conditions of constructions.

Development of methods for non-destructive testing of structures upon the inference and missing survey data.

Analysis of climate conditions and preventing structural failures due to heat losses. Management, conduction negotiations with clients & preparing agreements.

Effective working in team, dealing with renovation of plenty of industrial and civil buildings:
• Coca-Cola & Pepsi plants in Yekaterinburg,
• buildings damaged by earthquake in Armenia (1988),
• new power unit BN-800 at Beloyarsk Nuclear Power Station,
• achitectural & historical buildings of Ural's region,
• e.t.c. more than 1000 sites at 140 cities of former USSR.
