- In charge of the development of the Ariane 5 Vehicle Equipment Bay structure, designed and manufactured by EADS Casa, Madrid.
* Design Engineer – Detailed Analysis Department – 2004, 2006
- In charge of design and strength of Silicon Carbide mirrors and optical benches' structures.
- Supervision of sub-contractors.
* Manager of a thermal vacuum chamber mean test - Mechanical and thermal analyses Department - 1999-2003
- Answer to invitation to tender; writing of procedure, proposal, planning; respect of costs, deadlines and project's demands.
- Organisation, monitoring and control of tests. Development of software and hardware dedicated to each test.
- Development of the mean test (hardware and software) in particularly to improve tested specimen security, to decrease test's cost and length, to increase its possibilities and to promote it.
- Respect of quality and cleanness demanded by project and by company (such as ISO2001 ...) .
* R&D Engineer - Mechanical and thermal analyses Department - 2001
- In charge of a R&D analysis managed by CNES: evaluation of a satellite finite element model response to shock with comparison to shock test measurements. Published and presented in an ESA space and structure symposium in 2001.
* Structure Analyst Engineer - Mechanical and thermal analyses Department - 1994-2003
- Dynamical and static analyses of satellite structures
- Involvement to many satellites dynamic and acoustic qualification test campaigns. Development of software to improve real time analyses of test measures (tremendous saving in term of speed, efficiency and profitability of the tests phases).
* Mastering of structure strengthening with finite element method (dynamic, static, buckling, thermoelastic, sine ... analyses).
* Excellent knowledge of materials (metallic, composite, sandwich, fibres, silicon carbide materials).
* Excellent knowledge of thermal vacuum environment, of cryogeny and of thermal measurement.
* Excellent knowledge of signal treatment analyses (dynamic, shock, acoustic).
* Excellent knowledge of tests (dynamic, static, acoustic, thermal).
