- Bank’s annual Strategy review, Budget & Forecasts: supervising the whole processes.
- IT & processes: supervising the new MIS (OFSA) implementation project and participating in GDWH 3.0 project. Initiating and supervising automation processes for IFRS & Controlling reporting. Responsible for communication with internal Audit. Responsible for maintaining methodology in compliance with Head-Office standards.
- Risk & liquidity issues: member of ALCO. Supervising Basel II reporting to Head-Office.
- Management of a 36 FTE team: recruitment, administrative & training tasks, responsible for the annual performance review of the Senior Member of the Division.
- Reporting Cycle: supervising daily & monthly reports process for all Segments and set-up of new reports for Head Office (Vienna) and for Management Board (P&L, various Management reports).
- Bank’s Budget & Forecasts: managing the whole process of planning, including Budget local GAAP (RAS) & IFRS.
- Funding & liquidity: follow-up of Funding Plan and Liquidity Risk with Treasury and Market Risk. Update on transfer pricing system.
- IT & processes: Set-up of combined reporting standards and methodology after Merger with Impexbank and automation of the process.
- Investment Projects: co-ordination of Feasibility studies process for Branch openings.
- Participation in various projects: set-up of Hedge accounting, pricing analysis

preparation of monthly report (BS and P&L) for the Retail Segment (Private Ind and HNWIs; deviation analyses; monthly report by Branches/products; preparation of Budget/Forecast;preparation of financial models for new Retail products; preparation of Feasibility studies for the opening of new Branches; costs allocation model for the Retail Segment;various statistical reports for the Retail business; participation in setting-up a combined reporting process in the frame of the merger with Impexbank
