Actuellement Chef et directeur des cuisines dans un des plus somptueux et luxueux restaurant du monde, dans une bâtisse historique du 17ème en plein centre de Moscou, créé et dessiné par Philippe Starck, decoré de Cristal Baccarat sous l'enseigne du prestigieux groupe Mercury, distributeur exclusif de grandes marques de Luxe en Russie.
Nous avons ouvert le restaurant en mars 2008.

In charge of opening of the restaurant Cristal Room Baccarat, collaboration of the designing of kitchen, recruitment, building up restaurant’s team, providing trainings, food cost control, creating image of the restaurant in the country and the world, high fine dining level development and promotion, creating relationship with guests to increase loyalty, organizing events for the international companies (Gazprom, TNK BP, Russian Standard, De Grisogono, Mercury, Four Seasons, Dorchester Group, governmental events, Baccarat, etc…)
Overall management of the restaurant with the strategic objective to be the best fine dinning restaurant in Russian.
2004 - 2007In charge of providing high quality food service, creating new menu, promotion of the restaurant, arranging gastronomic events with famous chef, setting up culinary school, creating image of the restaurant in Moscow, building up relationship with guests, organizing catering high level events.
